Entrevista
I applied for the job last night, A women called me today for an interview at their office tomorrow at 2 PM. I am yet confused whether to attend the interview or not. I am not sure whether the job is a MLM marketing or not. No salary was briefed during the interview, may be it's commission based.
They reached out to me fairly quickly but the interview process was a bit rushed my opinion, there were a lot of people waiting and the group interview felt impersonal.

Entrevista
I received a call a day after applying. The person on the phone asked about my availability, what I think makes me stand out for this role and what I am looking for in my next role. An in person interview with the hiring manager was scheduled for the following day.
The interview was actually with A manager and a supervisor but there were five of us being interviewed at the same time.
It became clear pretty quickly that the role I had applied for did not exist and the whole company is based on direct sales (just like door-to-door) and 100% commission
