Application is through online process NeoGov.com. After your application is scored, you will receive an interview if you are in the scoring range the hiring manager selects. If you are selected for an interview, you will meet with an interview panel of 4-5 people, depending on the job. From my experience, the top candidate may come back for an informal interview with the hiring manager. The whole hiring process can take 6-8 weeks.
