Many interviews for entry position taken on spot or called in during interview days. Sessions typically consists of speaking with store manager where they get a feel for your qualifications, genuine interest, store fit, and availability. Conversations last around 15 minutes and should not be stressful.
The interview was Laid back straight forward. Open interview set up to be followed by another interview with corporate. After the interview with corporate you must take a drug test then orientation
