You need to apply through online through an agency called Xentrall Recruitment. After the closing date the agency sends the applications to the council and they decide who is picked for Interview. The interview is conducted as a panel. I was asked 5 questions and 1 informal question. The interview went for 45 minutes. I had arrived 30 minutes early and was seen straight away. I was told there were nearly 100 applicants who applied for the position and "I did well just to make it to this stage so I should be proud of my efforts". It was at that stage I knew I probably wouldn't get the job even though I was told I did really well. I received a phone call 3 days later to say that I did great in the interview but the applicants who got the job had more experience and answered the questions with more relativity.
