Each interview was a mix of case and behavioral. Although I did not do well on one of the cases, one interviewer was repeatedly dozing off right after asking a question. I understand consultants are extremely busy people, but I did not think this was professional behavior.

Entre 3 y 4 entrevistas con managers/senior managers y 1 socio. Mucho foco en casos prácticos. Quizá demasiado hincapié en hard skills y muy poco en aspectos personales/fit, valores y cultura empresarial

Entrevista
Had two rounds of three interviews each, back to back, over two weeks. The first round with managers (one with a SA) and the second with partners at the firm. The process was well managed. The interview consisted of a regular case interview pattern - prompt, analysis recommendation. Nothing unusual.
