Began with an interview with the recruiter, then the hiring manager and finally a senior CSM on the team. The interviews were not difficult. The first interview focused on cultural questions and the second two were more technical and strategic. However, the second two interviewers were either unprepared or uninterested in the process. After the third interview, I followed up with the recruiter, but shortly after received an automated email notifying me they were proceeding with other applicants.
