I had a three-week interview process: two separate in-person interviews, each with two prospective team members, with about a week in between. After waiting to hear back for another week, I was finally told that I was overqualified for the position and they could not offer me a role that met my salary requirements. The interviews were great, and everyone that I met was lovely (they would've been wonderful teammates, I'm sure) but the process on the whole -- especially considering they had asked for salary requirements in the application -- was not respectful of my time.

Strong Automotive Merchandising’s interview process was very thorough and they gave plenty of feedback. They also asked important questions and gave me the opportunity to ask questions, as well. Make sure you research the company.
