I applied online through the Stryker website, and was contacted two weeks later by an internal recruiter. The recruiter and I confirmed a time to speak later that week. I never received a call from the recruiter at the agreed upon time to connect. I called the recruiter 5 minutes after the interview was scheduled to begin. The line rang twice and then my call was denied and sent to voicemail. I have since followed up three times in attempt to reschedule the interview with no response. So, in short, I was no-called no-showed by Stryker. I had immense respect for this organization, but it has since declined since this unprofessional encounter with their recruiting staff.
