Three step process. 1st step was a behavioral-related screen on campus. 2nd step was a phone interview/personality test through Gallup. Takes about 30-45 min and some Gallup personnel asks quick yes or no questions. Last step was a in house interview with managers/directors.

The most difficult question is not one question, but the fact that the culture is very well-maintained at Stryker. This makes it difficult to get in as everyone must pass the Gallup personality test.

Stryker starts off with a "get to know you interview". Its a very basic interview with just yes or no questions. From there you will move on and have an interview with third party company called Gallup. Gallup performs a personality profile to see if you fit with the company culture. They ask a number of questions probing your type of personality and the type of person you are and then they ask for clarification or examples. It is a difficult interview and it is best to answer as honestly as possible because they will catch inconsistencies and you are also trying to see if you will mesh with the company culture.
If you match the type of personality Stryker is looking for you will then be asked to interview on-site. My experience and feedback from the interview shows that they are looking for people who exemplify leadership. They are looking for examples that prove you are a leader and out going person.
