I had an interview at subway as an sandwich artist, I was stressed, nervous, and a little shy at the time. I got there 30+ mins early and the manger greeted me with a happy face and said Hello, You must be Brendan. So after I introduced myself we sat down and She basically told me that she needs someone dependable and who will always pick up the phone when she calls (i guess they had problems with that) I told I could and she said I was hired.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.

Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
