Entrevista
You get there and wait in a room for about 30 minutes. Then you are taking in to a conference room where you speak about your significant object as an icebreaker. You watch a small presentation about the organization. Then the interviewer shows you a demo of a teach back. You get 15 mins to plan a 5 min mini lesson. You get feedback and get to re teach one minute of the same lesson. After, you have to fill out some paper work and you get an 1 on 1 interview.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
