The interview process for SA was not like any I've had before. The associate teaching position interview was a group interview as well as individual. We had to engage in a teach back activity where we discussed a reading passage with the other candidates as if they were our students.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
