Entrevista
Had a 1-to-1 meeting first, then a group meeting were I took several tests. Next round was a meeting with the top management of the company. After that I had one final meeting, were another candidate and I had to make the best strategy for an opportunity that the company could be presented in front of all the top management of the company and the owners.

What's my background? What are my skills, where did I study, have I work before, have I work before in any company related with the surfing, skate, art or music fashion business, have I surfed, skated, done art or played and instrument before?
