Entrevista
First round: speak with chief of staff (30 minutes)
Second: hiring manager (1 hour. 20-25 minutes will be an exercise where you’re given a prompt to write a social media post for their LinkedIn page and their CEO)
Third: less than a week to create a 20-25 minute Q1 marketing plan and present to a panel of 5 individuals with two one on one interviews immediately after.
Conversations were pleasant, process is a bit cumbersome.

Entrevista
Had multiple coding and behavioral interviews. One initial coding exercise than system design and algorithmic round. Also had two behavioral interviews. The whole process was very organized and all the interviewers were very professional and friendly. One of my best interviews.

I had a very positive experience with Better. Every member of the team was kind, welcoming and smart. John (Head of Engineering) seems like a very thoughtful and experienced leader, and Ruby (lead recruiter) was very positive and helpful. I would definitely recommend Summer to any engineer looking to work alongside great folks.
