Arrived 15 minutes early, was interviewed promptly. Very nice people and atmosphere was relaxed. The interview lasted about 15-20 minutes. They showed very clear interest in me and was offered the job a few days later. Unfortunately, the hiring manager used bait and switch tactics to change the job title and responsibility from "IT Support Technician" to "Network Administrator". I agreed to take on the new level of commitment and responsibility required for the role. I tried negotiating because the new role is more involved, but I was completely shut down. It was clear she was not trying to work with me and negotiation compensation was out of the question. I understood what the compensation data was for this position so I declined the offer.
