I applied online and then was asked to have a phone interview with their recruiter. The phone interview lasted about 25 minutes. Within a week I was scheduled for an in person interview. The in person interview lasted about an hour and 37 minutes and it was conducted by two of the department managers. I was asked to come back for a second interview the following week. This interview was almost identical to the first interview, except it was only about an hour long. I met with 2 different managers for my second interview.

It was pretty standard interview questions that were situational based. It was scripted so the interviewers (2) just read from the script The environment was pretty relaxed and friendly. They told me to go back online and apply for the job officially since I got the interview through my school's career center. There was not an open position for what I interviewed for and when I emailed them about it, they did not respond.
