It was a phone prescreen interview. Phone call was set up by the HR department which lasted approximately 30 minutes. The questions were fairly routine. After checking every single box on the job description, I felt pretty confident that I would have a second interview based on the phone call. I did not hear from the HR person. I sent a couple of follow-up emails over the course of the next week and a half and didn’t hear anything. To this day, I still have not even received an email, indicating that the company hired a candidate or even thanked me for my interest in the organization. After experiencing this, I’ve chalked this up as an organization that no good employee whatever want to work for.
