Interview process includes a recruiter screen, a conversation with the head of engineering, a technical, and then I believe a system design interview and a conversation with the CEO. Recruiter and head of engineering are friendly, engineers leading the technical were also friendly. The overall interview experience was decent. Technical screen is a Leetcode Easy. Make sure to get the answer 100% correct. I unfortunately tunnel-visioned thinking it will be a Leetcode Medium and made some seriously embarrassing mistakes thinking it was harder than it was. The interviewers will not help you other than for question clarification so ensure that you are taking the right approach from the beginning since they will not stop you if you overthink it. You will come out feeling really embarrassed if you do! Also, be prepared to talk about tradeoffs you need to make in your day-to-day work.
