I knew someone that worked there so I pretty much already had an in. It was a group interview and than I was called in for orientation. I shadowed for a few hours and then was offered the position. It's real laid back and relaxed.

It was a lot of waiting due to meeting many people in HR, but it is an overall sign that you will get a job offer. If offered, there is a drug test on site.

Average regular interview . Asked a lot of clinical questions and also personal questions as well. They were very interested in the relationships with the residents Overall was a great experience
