Highly unprofessional, made me wait unnecessarily for 2 hours while the staff in there was having breakfast and clicking pictures. The form which was asked to fill was lengthy and had details which are already mentioned in our resume. Along with around 40 adjectives you have to rate on a scale of 1-10 for yourself. Like is that even required or helpful in anyway? Apart from all this they except you to sign a bond of 2 years and submit all your original documents to them. This was something they didn't inform until 2 rounds of interview were done. The owner of the company handles the work along with a young female who I believe is his daughter. They were arguing on top of their voice infront of the staff and the candidates present. Was that to scare people off? Or that's just how the culture is.
