They basically want to see your positive person and able to speak with many people.
Depending on the franchise, they want to know your strengths and weaknesses and will ask for a technical interview. They are willing to work on your schedule on if you have restrictions or just want to make some up to avoid working certain times of the day ...do it THEN not later. Example your not a morning person or like to have you afternoons free... make something up...the difference between a 9-3 shift and a 1-7 or 3-9 shift on the weekends will indeed matter to you eventually...

I had Just one step of interview and It was very friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable . It wasn’t stressful at all !
