Grammarly has the best interview process and recruiting team in the game. From application to offer, they were incredibly organized in their communication and clear in their expectations. They clearly explained what to expect in their process and how to prepare. Their recruiters even jumped on the phone to ensure I was prepared beforehand. They give you the tools to win the interview, and it felt great to have someone rooting for you. The actual interview day was rigorous and incredibly enjoyable. You get to meet team members (potential co-workers, managers, etc.) and run through a role-play scenario and multiple tiered interviews. I felt set up for success going into the interview. It also feels energizing to be in a space where people love their work and the product. Good energy all around. A hiring process says a lot about a company. This hiring process was top-notch.
