I interviewed with three different managers in leadership separately. It was conversational regarding past experience and companies. Seemed more effective to understand my knowledge and capabilities. The interviews were comfortable and efficient.

The head of the department was nice and the interview process was interesting. His underling (female) was hostile outright. And they have some problems with decision making: it took them a month ad a half to make a decision. By the time they reached me I was working for a new company...
