Entrevista
A solid constructive interview process which includes; a CPI interview followed by an assignment, technical interview to discuss the assignment and to assess the technical skills required by the job and the end a cultural fit interview that assess whether the employee would culturally fit with the company's business culture. The interviews were in both German and English.

Personal and professional background with an assessment of whether the candidate has read about the company and the business. On the other hand, the technical side included a case study submitted and discussed further in the technical interview. Also, the technical interview included relevant technical questions, an excel assignment and a professional background check.

Erstes Gespräch mit HR, um den Rahmen zu klären und erste Fragen zu beantworten.
Zweites Gespräch mit Abteilungsleiter, um inhaltliche Angelegenheiten zu klären, und den Bewerber auf unterschiedliche Qualifikationen zu prüfen, menschlich und fachlich.

Entrevista
Went through a 3 stage process, it was nice and pleasant. Didn't get the offer at the end of the lengthy process which was fine, however asked for feedback and 2 weeks later nothing. Followed up several times , received a response saying I would be getting feedback but nothing.
Very Disappointing after taking time out whilst on holiday to interview to then not get any constructive feedback. I was very happy with the whole interview process and this one detail which is maybe the most important for a candidate when not getting the job, I heard nothing back after chasing 2-3 times for feedback. Its very unprofessional and just not a very nice way to treat potential candidates.
