5 rounds over 2-3 months, very slow process. 1) OA 17 Math and probability Qs in about an hour. 2) 45 call with HR to vibe check and 3 probability/ expected value Qs. 3) Interview with Trader. 1 hour long. Harder probability Qs. Vibe check at the end. 4) Take home project, 48 hours on analysing a sequence of trades made and coming up with a strategy in any language. 5) Final round on site interview with a trader and HR member, good cop bad cop. Expected value Questions heavy and market making games based on estimated fair value of a game.
