Since it is technical process candidate should have knowledge over Networking and OS along with good communication skill, type writing and grammar are also in concern. Apart from that candidate should be capable of taking responsibility.

They called me for an interview, and scheduled two different dates because there it was a system error occurred as they don't work on Saturday 05/07 so I joined the correct call on 07/07 to be interviewed and hopefully be able to start on 14/07. A few days later, they sent me a communication in regard to application rejection and on 15/07 they have posted again the same job offer on Linkedin and interviewed a friend of mine...no explanation for this behavior and they wasted my time and obviously they are still looking for the position. No words...
