First a general interview, thereafter hiring managers, then test, the HR and cultural fit but all within a space of a month which is very long but worth it. Overall it was okay

The interview spoke for 45 mins out of 60 mins and didn't really try to get to now me. Spoke about the company but didn't get. a good gauge of who I was and then declined me without explanation. Said they chose someone else yet the have the job post still up.

The interview process with this company was fairly easy however this company says many things during the interview process that you'll find to be completely untrue once you start working for the company.
Here's an example of something untrue:
- They don't have any testing in place at all. Yet it's in the job descriptions.
- They advertise CI/CD, but the "CI" part stands for "continuous integration" and it tests that your new code can integrate into the current codebase. CI runs during the Merge Request process, which the current CPO of SweepSouth is vehemently against.
- Chris Basson the CPO is aggressively against using merge requests, which means this company can't offer CI/CD.
- Their job specs advertise "understanding everyone needs a break", but team members will message you at all hours of the night and expect replies. If you don't respond to messages at 10pm for example, the managers will ask why you weren't available for them at this time.
Overall, I'd suggest not accepting any job offer with the company. I regret ever having worked for them. They don't feel bad about lying to you.
