No JD was created. No job posting. But they had contracted a 3rd party recruiter to reach out to candidates. The CEO wanted me to share top 2-3 marketing ideas to solve his business challenge. After an elaborate interview and furious notes taking (of the ideas from me), neither the CEO nor the recruiter closed the loop with me. I was ghosted.

There was a list of questions/ points of discussion and the interview developed based on them. Depending on the candidate knowledge the interview could be shorter or longer. Based on the responses other questions arised.
