I applied for the job by emailing my resume in response to an opening that I saw on my university's newsletter. Heard from a hiring manager within a few hours. He informed me about the positions requirements and asked some behavioral interview questions. After about 45 minutes he provided me with a current employees contact info to talk to him about the job and what its like. After a few days had another phone interview with 2 managers and then they invited me to their main office for further interviews. Had 2 1:1 interviews and got offered the job after a background check was done.
