Very professional with very straight forward question, friendly recruiter, and the whole process was very fast, I got called a monday, interviewed on wednesday morning and the following day i received a called from them welcoming to the company.

Describe a situation when a customer was upset about my service and how I managed to gain the trust of him back to you.
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
