Entrevista
I applied for this position close to 6 months ago. I received zero feedback until today when I received an email stating that they had decided not to move forward with my application. This is unprofessional. A prompt reply would have been nice, however, an email after 6 months ensured that the position I took with a different company is a better fit. I will not be applying again. Terrible first impression.

The pre-screen included common pre-screen questions. The next step was a Peer Interview. The interview was very stiff, 100% STAR-based, seemed scripted, and lacked authenticity. It seems odd to conduct a peer interview before meeting with the hiring manager.

Typically there are multiple interviews (about 3-4 rounds) that focus on presentation skills, behavior and techniques. There are usually lots of conflict resolution type questions (tell me about a time you and a teammate didn’t see eye to eye)

two interviews - one was individual and one was a group interview. the group was with future team members and those in a cross functional group. duration was between 30 minutes and an hour
