Interview was very eye opening to what the company does. Team was very knowledgeable and asked me really good questions that we as Rf Eng should know, nothing tricky. They were mainly interested in technical knowledge and lots of behavioral questions

RF Questions, LTE, UMTS and design and performance
This was several years ago, but it was very quick. They had a phone interview for 1 hour, then an in person interview for 2 hours. Then I received an offer 2 weeks later.

They asked basic questions about an LTE network, and configuring a cellular network
Interview process was short and more focused on team cohesion. The interview process did not last long and got an offer. Overall is was easy and I have been happy since accepting.
