after submitting resume met with branch administrator. The interview was a bit short - ~15 minutes, but at the time it felt that the interviewer was either speaking very fast/in a rush. She went over my resume, asked her questions and then I asked mine.

How did deal with a situation when a client/colleague/boss called and was very unhappy about something?
The interview started with personal information checking and it is followed by several behavioural questions. They would ask about relevant experiences and any transferable skills. Then Q&A parts and finished.
