Interviewed this summer for a Contract Recruiter role. The person I interviewed with was not prepared, she kept mentioning how messy her office was and we'd have to interview in a small cubby room. The room was so small we were almost touching each other. It was apparent that she had never looked at my resume because she came to the interview without it. I was a great fit for the role but I was turned off immedialtely by the unprofessional interview. She kept saying"where do I start"; I came close to saying maybe my last recruitment position may be a good start. I was so surprised that a compnay this size and with their great reputation would allow this. When the so called interview was over I had to wait in the HR lobby as she went to get her pocketbook so she could go get a coffe and snack. A complete waste of my time.
