It was pretty straightforward, the manager interviewed me and was very honest and open about their pay/scheduling. They only hire for part time positions, and only do raises once a year. They also require a background check for all new employees.

Can you describe a time when you were under pressure to get multiple things done at the same time, and what did you do? If an employer or professor had to describe you in three words, what would they say?
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
