I schedule interview with a concern if it's going to work for me or not , and for my surprise I met the CEO that was very welcoming and had a great interview and was very details what the company about and what they expect from the intern . very professional interview that allowed me to ask question and get me the all picture about the company and the intern position . The interview process was very professional and the response to my resume was in manner time

Don't waste your time! Asks about your ability to speak English. If you know how to use a computer. (That was basically the whole interview! In and out in less than 5 minutes) I went in for a day after being given the position to work as an intern...REALLY HATED IT!! The CEO and his secretary constantly tells everyone to speak only English in the office and then they go and speak hebrew so that the interns won't understand what they are saying...He offered a 25 min lunch break for an unpaid internship, he will literally time you and ask why you took so long...I wasn't told what my hours will be just was told to come in at 9 AM and I left that day at 8 PM. The CEO told another intern to explain the a process to him and yelled his lungs out because the intern kept saying for example to explain his point! The whole time that I was there, I just copied and pasted adv to send out emails to potential clients about room availabilities according to their preferences (aka the spam mail you get from trulia about houses n etc) They do not let you ask any questions verbally, they have to be written out in a Word document (mind you the office is the size of a small room...about 8ft x 15ft) Everything they tell you to do will be based on reading a page of instructions...if you take too long reading the poorly written document, they CEO WILL come up to you and ask why it is taking too long and if you know how to read English! I don't think I have seen such ill mannered men in my life before!
