HR called and asked for compensation expectations. HR scheduled team members interview for one hour. Interview went well and the team said they will get back in a week. However, they haven't. Could be the end of year and leadership are on vacation

Super easy prescreening interview where they just asked me about my experience. The second interview was with the head of the team I would be on which was also very laid back.
