A lot of paper work and in depth two person interview. Scenario type questions of previous job experience on pretty much how you’d handle each different situation. If you pass interview you will have finger prints taken same day.

It was a very long wait to start to finish like a half year or so, big process to endure. Background check, several testing, etc.There was an in-person interview as well as lab testing.

You do an assessment then you go to do a face to face interview. It was a STAR Format interview and I practiced and aced the interview. I was not offered the position due to having mental health issues so becareful not to tell them if you are on antidepressants.
