it was very straightforward, only 1 interview in the total process. behavioral questions, asked if ok with manufacturing facility. was a relatively smooth process. intial phone call screening, then an interview was scheduled
The interview was very behavioral mainly going through my resume. No technical questions but asked why I wanted to be an engineer and questions of that nature. Walk me through an experience where you faced a challenge you did not know how to approach?

Walk me through an experience where you faced a challenge you did not know how to approach?
Phone screening with HR then in-person interview with team members/supervisors in the relevant group. Interview included tour of the facility location. Very nice and friendly all around, interview was formal. Good communication
