Entrevista
First had a phone interview with HR representative a few days after I applied and then was invited for a video interview with HR representative and hiring manager a few days later. Was hired a few weeks afterwards.
Very smooth and asking for your background and previous job experience. Only one interview with HR and department manager. Also, use mandarin and English to do communication and introduction. Offer is receive after few date of interview.

Entrevista
Unprofessional HR, it appears that there is no owenership within the company, as HR does not response. First every HR person contact, replied that s/he is not responsible for the position or go ahead and apply online. Eventhough I already applied, HR could not find the paper work.

I asked about the position and no response from HR.
I never hear back from HR and the position is been open for many months. It appears they don't know which candidate they are looking for or there is not enough work so that they can carry for many months with the position unfilled.
