I was contacted by an in-house recruiter, and, after a first phone screening by HR, invited to an interview in their office. The interview was conducted by the hiring manager. They mostly asked standard industry questions and questions related to the role. I must admit that I could have done a little bit more research to answer the questions a little bit better. However, I felt that my level of knowledge was ok. My interview partner on the other hand seemed to be quite aggressive right from the very first question and just didn't give the impression of being a friendly person that I would like to work for. I was promised to receive feedback after a few days, but never received any. That was fine for me as I felt that the chemistry wasn't right.

I applied on their career website and after a few days got a call from one of the HR’s and he scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. The interview experience with hiring manager was extremely unprofessional. He was late of the interview and asked me to wait for 10 more minutes as he is caught up in other works. Then after 15-20 mins he joined that so called interview again and now comes the most weird part he says currently he is driving and he is gonna take that interview while driving. At this point of time I was like seriously ? Is this really happening? We went on with the discussion and it was more like a introduction session.He didn’t ask any proper questions and was more likely not paying much attention to whatever I am saying. And in last he said he really like my profile and would like to proceed further but after a few days I got an email about rejection. This clearly shows the level of unprofessionalism which these folks have as they have rejected me without conducting a proper interview and I am happy that I didn’t proceed to further rounds otherwise I would have wasted a few more days in the process.
