Filled out a small form and handed it to a cashier who called over the manager. Manager spoke to me and set a date. Came in on the date agreed on and was basically hired on the spot with very few questions asked.

Walked in, sat at table and got asked a couple questions about my availability -and preferences for the job. Very casual, not stressful at all, talked about paperwork and expectations as well as employee benefits. Asked if I had reliable transportation.
I had two interviews and they were really nice I started working a few days later after the second interview. The interviews were very easy, fast, comfortable, nice, calm and great.
