Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Talix (San Francisco, CA) em jul. de 2018
Entrevista
It started with an email from an external recruiter, we scheduled the phone interview after he sent my resume to the company.
The phone interview was conducted by a manager, he asked me Java questions, talked about my experience, how would I solve some programming problems. The call lasted for around 40 minutes.
The onsite interview consisted of four 1:1 rounds. I had to talk about my previous experience, solved some Java whiteboard problems, I had to create some SQL queries, and finally, I solved one or two algorithms challenges.
Got the offer 2 or 3 days after the onsite.

Java questions.
Questions about previous experience.
Solved some easy algorithm problems on a whiteboard.
Interview with the hiring manager and then the senior VP.
The hiring manager was fine - very friendly and nice.
The SVP I spoke with was rude - he missed my first interview and was condescending when he finally made it to the interview. Because of their tone and heavy accent of the interviewer, I suspect that their culture of the firm is extremely hierarchical. It seems that the firm is experiencing attrition (which isn't surprising - as all the other Glassdoor reviews are negative). The SVP was extremely assumptive about my experience which is strange. Organizations often have different roles that PMs work with which will change their responsibilities. This specifically made me de-prioritize the firm against all others in flight.
