it was pretty great tbh, nothing too crazy. liked the setting, ended up declining the offer tho. but nice set of people, employees seemed happy to work there so i assume the environment is pretty great

A few weeks later, I received an email inviting me to a phone screening interview. I was excited but also a bit nervous. On the scheduled date and time, I answered the call and had a conversation with a friendly HR representative. They asked me about my previous experience, qualifications, and what drew me to the position. I made sure to emphasize how my skills aligned with the job requirements. Fortunately, I passed this stage and was informed that I would be moving on to the next round.
