The interviewers were highly unorganized for the most part, they read questions off a script.
I felt as if they couldn't grasp the answers I provided as I spoke about experiences I had in my professional life that had very little to do with the Big Box Retail Environment.

The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.

This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
