Applied with resume and cover letter then got contacted about a week later to set up a "get to know you" phone called. Call was about 30 minutes and at the end we set up a time for my official interview, which was to be one week later. In that week I had to complete a personality test, reading comprehension, and business math skills assessment. The interview was 100% behavioral lasted about 25 minutes, then we did about another 20 minutes of me asking questions and getting more info on the position. A couple days later I got an offer!
Everyone I talked with was really awesome and encouraging. I can't wait to start working for Target!
Tips: it sounds cliché but they're looking for leaders. All of my interview questions could be found on this site in other reviews so you'll know exactly what to expect. Also do your homework so you can ask insightful questions that prove you're interested in the company.
