Applied with resume and cover letter then got contacted about a week later to set up a "get to know you" phone called. Call was about 30 minutes and at the end we set up a time for my official interview, which was to be one week later. In that week I had to complete a personality test, reading comprehension, and business math skills assessment. The interview was 100% behavioral lasted about 25 minutes, then we did about another 20 minutes of me asking questions and getting more info on the position. A couple days later I got an offer! Everyone I talked with was really awesome and encouraging. I can't wait to start working for Target! Tips: it sounds cliché but they're looking for leaders. Also do your homework so you can ask insightful questions that prove you're interested in the company.
