Entrevista
Applied online and got a call about a week later to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was pretty short, about 15 minutes, mostly situational questions, though we did talk about my availability a bit. After that, she said she would definitely recommend me for an in-person interview. The next day, I got a call to schedule the in person interview the following day.
I came early for my in person interview to complete the second applicant questionnaire, which took about 15 minutes. I had my interview with the ETL for hardlines, again, situational questions. At the end of the interview I was offered a job.

The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.

This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
