Took 5 minutes didn’t ask me anything and basically told me I got the job, so it’s THAT easy. At the time I got the job from my sister who worked there so I was mad they didn’t treat me the same as others to help me with future interviews.

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
fairly simple the interview process includes an online application, possible assessment, and an in-store interview focused on customer service and availability, followed by a conditional offer, background check, and orientation
