Entrevista
I started off an an intern, so my interview was a little different of a process than if someone just normally applied and got an interview. My interview pretty much was my intern process, I had a phone interview, and then I had what Target calls round robins ( to any other company they would be called group interview) you have two group interviews, then you interview with the district manager of whatever district you would be working in. The interview questions are all situational.
For example Tell me about a time you had a conflict with one of your peers...what was the situation, what was your behavior, what was the outcome. Tell be about a time you had to take full responsibility for something that went wrong.....what was the situation, what was your behavior, what was the outcome....tell me about a time when you lead a group of people what was the situation... etc....

Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role

Entrevista
It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.

The interview was straightforward and to the point. Situation based interview, what would you do in this certain scenario. Interviewer was very friendly, and welcoming. They want to make sure that you have what it takes to be a leader
