Initially heard back about a month after I applied online for the role. Had a phone screen with the recruiter, then a zoom interview with a hiring manager. Moved on to the final round, which was three additional interviews with multiple Directors and the Senior Director. Situation, Behavior, Outcome questions. Focus your answers on Target's behaviors (be accountable, be curious, be bold, be one team). Also had a separate virtual "coffee chat" with somebody who would be a peer on the team, to allow me to ask questions about the role and working there. Received an offer very quickly after the final interview.
